Akeshaa Terms of Service

1. About Akeshaa

Akeshaa coordinates neighborhood home-service bookings by bringing together homeowners seeking similar services on designated service days. We coordinate reservations, communicate pricing and scheduling details, and facilitate payments.

2. Service Providers

Services are performed by independent third-party service providers. Akeshaa coordinates bookings and communication but does not personally perform the home services. Before booking, customers should review the service scope, pricing, and applicable conditions.

3. Reservations and Minimum Participation

Some neighborhood service days require a minimum number of reservations to proceed. Any required minimum, reservation deadline, and applicable conditions will be communicated to customers. If a service day cannot proceed, Akeshaa will notify affected customers and provide any refund due under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

The initial reservation deposit will be disclosed during booking. Once provider availability, service scope, and final pricing are confirmed, customers will receive the applicable price and scheduling details before the service. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the instructions provided by Akeshaa.

Additional work outside the agreed scope requires customer approval and may involve additional charges.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before making a reservation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact and property information, ensure reasonable access to the service area, and disclose relevant conditions that could affect the agreed service. Customers must obtain any required permission to authorize work at the property.

7. Privacy

Akeshaa uses customer information to coordinate bookings, communicate with customers, arrange services, and process payments. Relevant information may be shared with the assigned service provider as necessary to perform the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes and Service Availability

Service dates, provider availability, and service offerings may change. If a change affects a confirmed booking, Akeshaa will communicate the available options and any applicable refund rights.
